Using the application extension snomD VoIP phones of the SNOM Technology AG can be bound to ActiPOINT. The TSP (TAPI Service Provider) provided by snomD allows you to control your SNOM phone by TAPI capable applications like OUTLOOK. Triggering of outgoing calls - Indicating of incoming calls - All calls will be archived in ActiPOINT (and/or Outlook/Lotus Notes).
